Typical lead times: Formula development & sampling: 2–4 weeks. Stability testing: 4–8 weeks. Mass production & packaging: 4–6 weeks after sample approval. Total average timeline: 12–14 weeks from deposit to delivery. Rush options available for existing formulas.
Yes, we specialize in custom R&D. Our lab formulates skincare, hair care, sun care, and color cosmetics based on your target claims, texture preference, active ingredients, and regulatory requirements. We provide up to 3 free modifications per formula.
Our Guangzhou facility is GMPC (US & EU) certified, ISO22716, Halal, and We are in process of COSMOS organic certification. We also comply with FDA (US) and EU cosmetics regulations. All products can be accompanied with MSDS, COA, and stability reports.
Absolutely. We have an in-house packaging team offering ready stock bottles, jars, airless pumps, tubes, and custom mold development. We also provide label design, box structure, and shrink-wrapping services. From concept to finished outer carton, we manage everything.
Yes, we export worldwide. We handle ocean freight, air freight, express courier (DHL/FedEx), and all customs documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and COA. Our logistics team ensures smooth delivery to USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
Sample development for existing formulas is free (you only pay shipping). For fully custom formulas, a non-recurring R&D fee applies, which ranges from $200 to $800 depending on complexity. This fee is credited toward your first bulk order.
We follow ISO22716 batch control: every raw material is tested, each production batch is monitored with in-process checks, and finished products are tested for microbiology, pH, viscosity, and stability. Retain samples are kept for 3 years for traceability.
Yes, we welcome visitors by appointment. Our factory is located in Huadu District, near Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. We offer guided tours of our R&D lab, production lines, and quality control center.
Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, and for small amounts PayPal is accepted. For long-term partners, we can discuss flexible payment terms.
